Privacy & Terms
Syvols is built around a simple promise: your body measurements stay yours. Here is exactly what we collect, how we use it, and what you can ask us to do at any time.
1. What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect the email address you submit. We do not collect photographs, video, lidar, infrared, or any depth-sensor data — Syvols has none of those sensors.
Once Syvols ships, the device will collect bioelectrical impedance measurements and the trends derived from them (composition, sleep-risk signals, cellular vitality, vascular age, 3D body shape). All on-device measurements are stored locally first; only data you explicitly choose to sync is sent to our servers.
2. How we use your data
- To deliver launch updates, founder pricing, and priority shipping windows to early-access members.
- To operate, maintain, and improve Syvols products and services.
- To respond to your support requests when you contact us.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
3. How we protect your data
Syvols uses industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to a small number of named engineers and is logged. The 3D body twin is generated from bioelectrical signals, not from cameras — there is nothing to see, leak, or re-identify from raw scan data.
4. Your choices and rights
- Access: You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion: You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
- Export: You can export your scan history in a portable format.
Email privacy@syvols.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Syvols marketing site uses only privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (no fingerprinting, no third-party advertising cookies). You can browse the site with cookies disabled without losing any functionality.
6. Children
Syvols is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@syvols.com and we will delete it.
7. International transfers
Syvols is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will email early-access members and update the date at the top of this page.
9. Terms of use
By using insight.syvols.com and related Syvols properties, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
